3.Order Information
All orders confirmed by AnaCapeleiroLondon.com will be delivered to the address specified for delivery by the Customer at the time of ordering. The products displayed in the online catalog are limited to stock availability. For some products, properly identified, the order may be limited to a certain number of copies.
4.Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
5.Non-acceptance of the order
AnaCapeleiroLondon.com reserves the right not to accept an order, informing the Customer in the following cases:
a)Product Stock Rupture;
b)Unavailability of the article;
c)If AnaCapeleiroLondon.com considers there is misconduct by the buyer or in case there are inaccuracies in the registered personal data.
6.Order Cancellation
The client may cancel the order, provided that AnaCapeleiro.com has not yet processed it. The cancellation of the order may be formalized via email trough the address info@anacapeleirolondon.com
7.Back Orders
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
8.Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and you will be able to select the shipping rates appropriately. Any mistake selecting the correct postage for your order will result in a delivery delay.
9.Delivery Information – Deadlines
The period of delivery is up to 2 days within the United Kingdom, after order confirmation by AnaCapeleiroLondon.com
For International Deliveries the pattern may be extended due to the limitations or delays of Air transportation. In case of product stock rupture, the customer will be contacted by email about the new expected delivery date.

11.Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Any Items bought at AnaCapeleiroLondon.com are inspected before dispatch for faults, however should you receive an incorrect item, a complaint should be formalized through email sent to info@anacapeleirolondon.com
In this email, the Customer must specify the reasons for its return always mentioning the order number and the product identification.
Please Note: Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on website orders but we can offer a credit note. Please return items in a saleable , unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please send it back to us at the return address below.

Consequently AnaCapeleiroLondon.com reserves the right not to accept returns of products without previous notice, and/or if the product does not meet the same conditions in which it was delivered to the Buyer
( Products that have suffered any type of usage, alteration, damage and/or lack of original packaging, accessories and /or add-ons. All items returned will be inspected.
Note: When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/ aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
12.Return Delivery Charges
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns. When returning unwanted items you will be liable for the cost of posting it back to us. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.
13.Notification of receipt on your return
Once our team has processed your returned order, we will email to let you know. If you do not receive an email from us within 28 days, please contact Customer Service and we will look into this for you.
